Will graduated from NYU in 2018 with degrees in Mathematics and in Physics. He is currently working in Michael Goard’s lab as a Chancellor’s Fellow. His interests lie particularly in spatial cognition and population coding. He is excited to develop imaging and behavioral training skills, while at the same time continuing to work on the computational projects that excite him. Outside of lab, Will enjoys running, biking, and hiking, all of which are complicated by his innately poor sense of direction.
Will studies what role dendritic spine turnover might play in the functional properties of the hippocampal tri-synaptic circuit.
